iFixit.com has posted it’s teardown of the new Apple TV. The findings inside? Apples A4 chip (same as the iPad and iPhone 4), an 8GB NAND flash chip, and 256MB of RAM. On the side of the Apple TV’s logic board were solder pads that would be a perfect fit for the iDevices dock connector.

Technology wise it’s very similar to the iPad and iPhone, and now that we know it’s running iOS – the jailbreaking community will be hard at work cracking this one!
