You’ve just downloaded the awesome VLC player app for your iPad. Now how do you use it? That’s what this week’s Tech Tip Tool Thursday is all about and it isn’t as hard as it sounds. I promise.
Plug your iPad into your computer and let it sync up like usual. After that is finished, click on the apps tab at the top of your iTunes window and scroll down to the File Sharing section of the page. Here you will see a few Apps listed that allow you to transfer files back and forth between your iPad and your computer.
Select the app you want to add or delete something from. In this case, I clicked on VLC and then Add. This will prompt you to a Finder window where you can search for any movie files you want to add to the iPad and play in VLC.
Pretty simple, right?
