We all know that apple is very particular about what you can and cannot do to their devices. There is a long list of things that apple will not allow you to do that will void the warranty. We all know that if you spill water on your Apple product special sensors, in your device, turn red notifying the people at Apple that your warranty is voided. Now there are reports from Hong Kong that the humidity is causing these sensors to trigger and void tons of iPhone contracts. The sensors max out at 95% humidity unfortunately for those who live in Asia the humidity outside can exceed 95% for months at a time. This isn’t the first time that I have heard of faulty moisture sensors, right here would usually be the time where I voice my opinion on what I think apple should do but honestly I haven’t the slightest clue. Apple needs to honor these peoples warranties but at the same time they shouldn’t have to replace parts because people don’t take care of their products and spill liquids on them. Do I think Apple needs to find a better sensor, yes, but honestly I’d rather have them focus their energy and resources on creating the next big thing. If any of you have an idea of how Apple can fix this problem comment bellow.
